1999 Queen Elizabeth Scholarship-Awarded for 8 weeks carving Stations of the Cross at Studio Sem,   Pietrasanta, Tuscany, Italy

2008 Winston Churchill Memorial Trust-Awarded for working with Greek sculptor Petros Dellatolas carving a High-Hellenistic head of the goddess Hygia in Attican marble

2011 Wingate Scholarship-Awarded to undertake six weeks living and carving with Inuit sculptors in the Northwest Territories, Canada

2000 Undertakes period of carving at Studio Sem under the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship

2000 Takes space at Chisenhale Studios and undertakes large memorial stone commissions

2000 Joins register of carvers at Memorials by Artists

2000 Assists sculptor Peter Randall-Page fixing large relief panel

2000-2003 Organises and teaches stone carving classes at St.Paul’s Church, Islington, London

2000-2003 Visits and teaches at Statuaria Marmi studio, Carrara, Italy

2000 Teaches part-time at The Sculpture Academy, Waterloo, London

2000-2016 Undertakes many commissions for memorial stones that are fixed in many churches and cemeteries in London & across U.K

2000 Collaborates with sculptor Paula Haughney on a memorial to the Five Guards at Caterham Barracks Surrey, in the form of a tall column with lettering and regimental insignia

2001-2009 Takes studio at Bow Arts Trust and takes part in annual open studios

2007-2011 Takes part annually in The Big Draw-workshops including Body-mapping in the library at the Welcome Trust building in Euston and drawing and sculpting roof bosses at Southwark Cathedral

2007-2009 Designs and carves large sculpture of St. John the Theologian for St. John’s Primary School

2007-2008 Designs and carves four large sandstone floral monoliths for ‘The Way Forward’ garden on behalf of St. Joseph’s Hospice, Hackney, London. Wins Chelsea Flower Show Bronze Medal.

2009 Present-Work exhibited at The Art Shop & Gallery Abergavenny including woodcarvings and wood engravings

2010 Lead artist for ‘Sculpting my City’ for the Museum of London, working with young people from Fairbridge Charity, Hackney, drawing Roman artefacts and teaching them to make a series of sculptures in wood, soap stone and alabaster to be exhibited in the courtyard garden at the Museum in 2012

2011-2012 Carves Large Welsh Dragon in slate with gilding and lettering for Alun Griffiths Engineering, Llanfoist, Wales

2012 Carves three foot blue whale bone for the University of Ottawa

2012 Starts investigating Scrimshaw engraving and creating sculptures from naturally shed Welsh antler and tagua nut material

2014 Takes part in Dark Tales Exhibition at Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre, Cwmbran, Wales with fellow artist and partner Amanda Caines
